In such situations, identification and contact information and information that you provide yourself through messages are collected. Personal data is also collected for the purpose of applying for employment. In this case, basic identification data, contact data and certain data about the maritime book, qualifications, professional education and work experience are collected. For the purchase process through our web shop, we collect only the necessary contact data, information about purchased tickets and basic data necessary to complete the purchase and delivery of tickets. If you decide to register as our customer, we will collect and store the data necessary for registration. Without providing the necessary data, we will not be able to perform the requested service. In order to improve the functionality of the website and provide a better user experience, we use a certain set of cookies. RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
The collected personal data may be forwarded for use to providers of information and communication solutions and services who act as our processors. Such processors provide reasonable guarantees and have taken appropriate technical and organizational protection measures to adequately ensure data protection and compliance with the requirements of the General Regulation. An agreement/contract on the processing of personal data has been concluded with such processors on the basis of Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/915 on standard contractual clauses between controllers and processors as a separate part of the contract. The aforementioned agreement/contract stipulates in detail the handling of personal data, therefore they are not able to process personal data without our order and forward them to third parties. Personal data are not forwarded to third parties for direct marketing purposes.
DATA STORAGE PERIOD
Personal data collected through this website are processed until the purpose for which the data was collected is fulfilled. After the purpose has ceased, personal data are no longer processed, unless we are obliged to such processing by legal regulations or the processing is based on our legitimate interest. We store data that we process based on consent until the purpose of the processing is achieved or until you withdraw your consent.
DATA COLLECTED THROUGH SOCIAL NETWORKS
The pages and profiles that we manage on social networks (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) are always under the correct and full name of the data controller. We use personal data about our contacts that we collect using them only in the event of responding to a query or comment, and the data is not processed for other purposes.
SECURITY OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
We collect and process personal data in a manner that ensures an appropriate level of security and confidentiality of processing, while enabling the effective application of data protection principles. This includes reducing the amount of data, the scope of their processing, the storage period and their availability. In order to ensure the protection of personal data, we apply appropriate technical and organizational measures that provide a level of security proportionate to the risks of data processing and the sensitivity of the data itself, taking into account the characteristics and costs of implementing these measures.
We provide web shop users with the highest level of data protection. For secure data transmission, the PCI DSS standard with SSL cryptographic protocols are used. All personal data, personal document numbers, credit cards or other means of payment provided by users are transmitted exclusively via a secure connection with 128-bit data encryption. The data controller does not have access to the data used for payment.
We regularly review processing that may pose a risk to the rights and freedoms of individuals and implement appropriate security measures to ensure the protection of personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access. We pay particular attention to cases in which the processing involves the transmission of personal data over a network, as well as protection against all other unlawful forms of processing.
EXERCISE OF RIGHTS
Right of access
You have the right, at any time, to request confirmation as to whether your personal data is being processed and to receive detailed information about the processing. In particular, you have the right to information about the purpose of the processing, the types/categories of personal data processed, access to your personal data, information about the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been disclosed, and the intended storage period for your personal data.
Right to rectification
You have the right to rectification of personal data. You can obtain the rectification of inaccurate personal data and the completion of incomplete personal data without delay.
Right to erasure
You have the right to request the erasure of your personal data. If your request is justified and if we are not required by law to store the data, we will erase the data without undue delay.
Right to restriction of processing
In cases provided for by the General Regulation, you have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data. We point out that you can restrict the processing personal data based on legitimate interest as a lawful basis for processing.
Right to withdraw consent
